This impressive Renaissance basilica attracts tourists from all over the world for its enormous and perfectly conceived dome, its white colonnades, all the unparalleled masterpieces it hosts, its Vatican museum and Gardens.

In spite of all this magnificent beauty, Rome is also the symbol of an incomparable lightness of being, of a sweet, unpretentious approach to life made of joy, wittiness and a wise fatalism.
