Porsche Project Gold, one of a kind
The first teaser of the Porsche Classic Project Gold was released on the web.
Before talking about this new Project Gold, a brief introduction on the car manufacturer: Ferdinand Porsche founded in 1931 the company ‘Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG’, simply known as Porsche AG. It is a famous german car manufacturer specialized in high-performance sports cars and SUVs. The company is located in Stuttgart, in Germany. All over the years, the company showed their high standards of quality, safety, performance and practicality. All this has allowed Porsche cars to emerge in such a unique way
In these recent days, Porsche has released the first teaser of Project Gold: it is an initiative developed by the Porsche Classic department, which will give life to a 911 “never existed before”. The sketch drawn with golden lines seems to refer to a 993 Carrera, but in the video teaser the rough bodywork of the images is that of the Turbo S, with the characteristic rear wheel arches enlarged with additional air intakes.
A 911 never existed before. For the moment there is no other information, but it is clear that the goal is to build a 911 that summarizes the history of the model and that celebrates its successes just as the brand celebrates its 70 years of history.
“After months of secrecy, all you know at the moment is that you can expect an exceptional vehicle project – our ‘Classic Project Gold’.” said the car manufacturer on its official website. Each week they give you a glimpse behind the scenes of this new project, so they will “take you on a journey through the individual production steps to gradually reveal the best kept secret at Porsche Classic.”
One thing is for sure: this new vehicle will be presented for the first time on September 27,2018 at the Rennsport Reunion (United States of America).
