The Maserati at the Geneva Motor Show, in a few days, will present some interesting news. Among them the most important is definitely the Maserati Levante Trophy in the Launch Edition (pictured above and below), a limited edition in 100 units, presented last year at the New York Motor Show. At the Levante Trofeo we are going to join the 2019 range, composed by Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante. These cars will be offered in new equipment that can count on new quality materials.
The Maserati Levante Launch Edition Trophy from the aesthetic point of view presents some sporting details like the lower splitter, the front air vents, the side skirts and the rear extractor, made of ultra-light lacquered carbon fiber. In the front of the Levante Trofeo we find the grille with double vertical strips in Black Piano finish, lower honeycomb band, door handles in the vehicle color, and high performance brake calipers available in red, blue, black, silver or yellow. The Levante Launch Edition Trophy will be available not only in the Blue Emotion Matte color, but also in the extra Yellow Modenese and Magma Red series colors. The 22-inch Orion forged aluminum alloy wheels can be opaque or shiny while for the brake calipers the customer can choose between silver, blue, yellow or red. The interiors of the Maserati Levante Trofeo, opulent as tradition, are characterized by sports seats in natural “Fiore Fiore” black leather with contrasting stitching and a “Trofeo” logo embroidered on the headrest; these are also at the customer’s discretion in blue, red or yellow. Matching interior details in opaque carbon fiber. The on-board premium sound system by Bowers & Wilkins with 1,280 watts and 17 loudspeakers completes the on-board equipment. The Maserati Levante Trophy is powered by the 3.8-liter V8 Twin Turbo, combined with the eight-speed ZF automatic transmission and intelligent four-wheel drive system Q4. Like all Tridente petrol engines, it is assembled in the Ferrari factory in Maranello. In terms of acceleration from 0-100 km / h, stop the clock at 4.1 “while the maximum speed is close to 300 km / h. The Levante Trofeo also features a new Race mode with Launch Control functionality, which enhances the sporting character of the SUV, improving the response of the engine and opening the exhaust valves in acceleration, interacting with the ESP and with the traction control to increase at the most, driving pleasure.
