McLaren Automotive reveals new teaser
A new model will be unveiled online on June 28,2018.
The famous car manufacturer McLaren Automotive reveals new teaser for Goodwood 2018: a new supercar will make its dynamic debut next month, when on July 12 it will show itself in front of many visitors at the Festival of Speed 2018. But before seeing it in action, the new Woking model will be previewed online on June 28, as announced by McLaren Automotive. The announcement of the presentation was accompanied by a new video teaser that reveals some further details of this new supercar of the British car manufacturer. The images put their focus on the configuration of the double tailpipes which, a little bit surprisingly, were placed in a new position with respect to what was expected. The exhausts of the new McLaren supercar were removed from the diffuser to be positioned in the lower part of the engine cover, a bit like on the Seine, thus disproving those who expected the same setting of the tail of the 675LT or 720S. Announced by McLaren’s Track22 business plan, this new model will feature high power, low weight, optimized aerodynamics and improved driver engagement. The new British supercar should take the name of McLaren 570LT, although there are no confirmations yet, leaving open the possibility of adopting other names including 585LT and 595LT. The new 570LT will also be produced in a limited series and will thus be a new high-end supercar of the Woking production. The video teasers suggest that it will be an extreme car that could therefore increase the 570 hp.
Indeed, from the information leaked from the headquarters we are sure that this model will have an increase in power, a maximum attention to weight reduction and optimized aerodynamics. All in a context where the driver is always at the center. “It will also be particularly focused on track performance dynamics. And, like McLaren Senna, it will be in a limited series, ” said McLaren Automotive. So the countdown has begun…
