Audi SQ2
A fantastic SUV with 300 hp so it goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,8 seconds.
Inside the bonnet of the sports Suv is the same 2.0 TFSI that already equips other high performance models of the brand, as well as the entire Volkswagen group. The four-cylinder turbo direct injection produced in the Hungarian factory of Győr weighs only 150 kg and has a variable timing system with raising on two different levels of the exhaust valves that allows to reduce the turbo lag favoring the filling and emptying phases of the combustion chambers. The supercharging reaches a maximum value of 1.4 bar, while the rotation speed is limited to 6,500 rpm: the maximum power is 300 hp, while the torque reaches 400 Nm between 2,000 and 5,200 rpm. Combined with a S tronic dual-clutch automatic transmission and four-wheel drive, the two-liter can bring the SQ2 from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.8 seconds, pushing it up to a top speed of 250 km / h. Further technical modifications also concern the 20 mm lowered chassis and the braking system, with 340 mm front discs and 310 rear discs. Two lubrication pumps are integrated in the gearbox, while the engine can have two different electric pumps. for cooling and a variable flow oil pump.
Compared to other versions, the SQ2 has an exclusive aesthetic kit and a new eight-stripe octagonal grille: the overall length of the car increases by 2 cm compared to Q2, thus reaching 4,210 mm: the boot, from 355 liters, it is smaller than 50 liters compared to the derivation model due to the presence of the mechanical components of all-wheel drive. To connect the air intakes of the front bumper is a spoiler that reduces the height of the front of the car, collaborating, along with many other aerodynamic details, to achieve a Cx of 0.34. At the rear there is a new integrated aileron in the upper part of the rear window and an extractor with four exhaust terminals: all the optical groups take advantage of the LED technology for lighting and, at the rear, have dynamic direction indicators. In the range there will be ten different body colors: white Ibis, yellow Vegas, gray Daytona, blue Ara, floret silver, ice white, coral orange, Quantum gray, tango red and Mythos black. As standard, 18-inch alloy wheels with 235/45 tires are available, but 19 “rubberised 235/40 tires are available on request.
Inside the cabin there are sports seats and exclusive details: the automatic air conditioning, the 8.3 “multifunction steering wheel, the Mmi multimedia system, the stainless steel pedal board and the Audi pre sense front are standard features. with autonomous emergency braking: customers can personalize their SQ2 with Nappa or Alcantara leather upholstery with red or gray stitching, with trim for the dashboard and with various technological accessories, including the digital instrument panel Audi virtual cockpit, l head-up display, Audi connect services, the 705 Watt Bang & Olufsen sound system and jam assist, combining the functions of adaptive cruise control and lane assist, follow the vehicles ahead, keeping distance and lane of march.
